About Us

When Emily became ill, close family and friends were desperate to help but as they couldn't do anything medically they decided to channel their energies into something else. Hence, the Emily Ash Trust was founded in 2002, aiming to raise awareness of the need for more bone marrow donors and funds to enable the lives of parents, carers and siblings of sick children to enjoy some sort of normality during such a difficult time.

We are a small charity with a big heart with our primary aim being to improve the lives of children and young people suffering with cancer. We are able to do this thanks to the fundraising and donations made by our fantastic supporters who like us want to help families facing cancer. All staff work on a voluntary basis with all money raised going to support these families.

The People Involved

The Trust is lucky to have a board of loyal and enthusiastic trustees and committee members, as well as a keen patron; all of whom give their time voluntarily.
