At the Flight Centre Travel Group, we take great care to ensure that our charity partnerships are genuinely making a difference to the lives of those who really need our help.
We’ve participated in fundraising and events, and have supported the trust with donating prizes and assisting with their website.

Our business has been involved with Emily Ash for over 15 years. Originally as Square Mile Broking and latterly as part of the Specialist Risk Group.
The partnership has brought us so much pride, joy and fun…… and so so much more. Initially, as a small team of 20 staff everybody bought into supporting the charity.
Whether that be raising money and taking part in events such as, the London-Brighton Bike Ride, Tough Mudder and the 3 Peaks challenge.
The Trustees of the Charity were so good in making us feel like we have made a difference to their wonderful cause and that is why we remain as committed now as we were back in 2008!

The team at Esher have had a relationship with the Emily Ash Trust that has spanned close to 15 years now. What initially started as small fundraising has now grown into the Emily Ash Trust being Esher’s sole charity partner.
As a business it has been amazing to see how the partnership has impacted on our teams and company morale.
The events we have participated in have built a real bond between the teams, and it’s been great to see the benefit this brings to the individuals, both physically and mentally.
The sense of making a difference is installed with the teams through the great communication provided by Tim, Ginny, Sue and all the team at the Emily Ash Trust.
Being partnered with the Emily Ash Trust has been a privileged and one we hope continues long in to the future.
Towergate Insurance have chosen to partner with Emily Ash Trust not only because it is a fantastic cause as it raises money not only for poorly children, teenagers and young adults diagnosed with cancer but also their families.
They go the extra mile and don’t stop the relationship after the child leaves hospital but provide ongoing support afterwards.
We love the fact that it is a local charity and we get ongoing updates on what the funds we raise are being used for - whether it’s an I-pad for a child going through long term treatment in hospital or vouchers for the parents to buy food while they are staying at the hospital.
Our teams enjoy helping them at any events where they need extra support, and our charity committee are charged with organising regular fundraising events in our offices such as charity football matches, competitions and bake sales.
We were first made aware of the Emily Ash Foundation through Alex & Emma King, who very kindly invited us along to this years Annual Ball. It quickly became apparent that this was an incredibly worthy cause, being championed by the most extraordinary group of people. We would dare anyone to be exposed to such an organisation and not walk away determined to get involved, and so we made the not so difficult decision to make the Emily Ash Trust our official charity for 2025.
The highlight of our year is always our annual Charity golf day; and this will be the 18th since the very first event back in 2007. Since then we are proud and delighted in equal measure to of raised around £180,000 for some incredibly worthy charities; and excited to add the Emily Ash Trust to the list this coming year.
The date has now been confirmed for Wednesday the 18th of June 2025 and will be held, as always, at the Kingswood Golf & Country Club. Further details will follow in the New Year, but for now pencil the date in your diary, and stay tuned for more information as it becomes available. Of course, there will be a number of other efforts from the team to raise funds throughout 2025, and we will be sure to keep you updated with our activities.

The Emily Ash Trust has been a constant within the Aquatech family since 2007.
This was when the company director first attended the Emily Ash Trust annual charity ball … dying his hair red as this was the colour theme that year!
The involvement first began due to personal reasons. The Trust was there when a beautiful girl so close to the family was taken away. The Trust were there for the family at such a horrendous and difficult time. The love and care they showed was so individual and personal - something truly appreciated by them and the friends & family around them.
Since then Aquatech has continued to support The Trust in so many different ways.
Through many team triathlons, team go-karting events, mud runs, marathons, sky-diving events, ladies lunches and as always the annual charity ball. We are delighted to involve our friends and families with the Emily Ash Trust.
The Emily Ash Trust has been a part of our fund raising involvement and will continue to be so.
We are proud to continue to contribute in any ways that The Trust needs. Be that to support all the various fundraising activities by taking part, or to help with ventures they are undertaking to support and help those children & families during their individual journey through terribly difficult times.
